Our President: Dr. Ted Palmer grew up in Pasadena where he has enjoyed a successful practice as a Chiropractic Orthopedist and Qualified Medical Examiner.Ted has served as past President of several professional, civic, and fraternal organizations and has served as past FAA Board Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Born 1948 Outside of Chicago, Linda Jo moved to California in 1962.
She has been a Licensed Realtor since 1969 and she received her Broker’s License in 1993. She currently works at Century 21, Adams & Barnes, in the Monrovia Office

Long time board member and office holder Hugh Smith purchased his first property at 21 and his first income property at 31. Hugh's long record of service includes serving as Planning Commissioner in two communities as well as having been a member of the Pasadena Land Use Advisory Council.
