Membership Application

Please fill out application and choose type of membership. We will call you so you can provide your credit card information and complete your membership application.

Membership Categories:

  1. Owner Membership: Any individual, partnership, syndicate, company, etc., owning residential housing (apartment building, private residence, condominium, court, etc) and not otherwise engaged in the management of such property for other owner/investors.
  2. Management Company Membership: Available to companies engaged in management and operation of residential rental housing for others.
  3. Supplier/Service Membership: Available to suppliers of products and services, financial institutions, etc.
  4. Associate Membership: Available to managers of residential rental housing. Individual not qualifying for one of the other forms of membership.
Annual Membership Fees / Dues:
(Includes Membership in the Los Angeles County Coalition of Apartment Associations)
  • Owner Membership
    Dues per year: $105.00
    Unit Fee: (Total number of units times $2.00 per unit)
    Enrollment Fee: $25.00
  • Management Company Membership
    Dues per year: $385.00
    Enrollment Fee: $30.00
    Web Link (optional): $30.00
  • Associate Membership (Apartment owner must be a member)
    Dues per year: $65.00


* Membership dues or payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Contributions or gifts to us are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Consult your tax advisor.
