Information on prospective tenant to be provided to the FAA office:
- Full Name
- Current Address
- Former Address (if less than 5 years at current address)
- SS Number or ITIN Number
- Date of Birth
- Driver's Licence Number and State of Issue
The Application to Rent is available for your use at the FAA office. It is imperative that each of your prospective tenants completes an application in full and signs it, giving you the permission to check data!
For Credit Reports call (626) 793-5873 between 9 am to 5 pm M-Th and 9 am to 3 pm on Friday. The office is closed for lunch from 1 pm to 1:30 pm M-Th.
